To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
As stated above, all of our items are custom made to order so we do not accept returns.
We do want you to love your purchase, so please contact us if something isn't right and we will do everything we can to fix it!
We've instituted a rush order fee for any customer who would like their order made faster than our regular turn-around time. If you would like to upgrade to fast-track (turn-around of 1-2 days, rather than 5+), please add rush order processing to your cart.
The fee is $25. We instituted this fee because - to be fair to all our customers - we don't allow any customer to 'jump the line'. Instead, if you need your order faster than normal, we actually work overtime hours to get it done.
If your item I damaged or lost in transit please contact me right away. I will do my best to rectify the situation quickly.
For items lost in transit, please note that I will work with USPS to locate your package. USPS can take up to 20 days to declare a package 'lost'. For items marked delivered, USPS does require you to file a police report if you believe your mail has been stolen from the mailbox.
In an attempt to get your items out in a timely fashion, all cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.
Once an item has gone to production, and materials have been used to create your item, I can no longer offer a cancellation.
